Arkansas Civic Action Network launches new program for citizens and legislation

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Dr. Gail Choate of the Arkansas Civic Action Network is sharing a free program, structured to inform citizens of pieces of legislation, and also how legislation works.

“We’re going to give them the tools so they can do that.”
